Vitality

Party time.

I was brought into this dental lab to spark some creative energy into the day-to-day and create their socials. This is one of my first projects at Vitality. I had planned to create a one-minute vertical video for this project. However, as the footage and audio came together beautifully, I decided to make a full-length music video instead. The largest challenge I faced was getting the team, who were not experienced with social media and content creation, to understand and trust in my vision. I offered guidance and support at the start, and as they gained confidence and became more comfortable, we were able to create a super fun final product. Despite the initial challenges, the process was enjoyable for everyone involved and helped me grow as a director.

Shark Diving in South Africa

 

While working at a lively hostel in Cape Town, South Africa, I was responsible for documenting my experiences and sharing them on the hostel’s social media channels. I also played a crucial role in organizing excursions for groups of guests staying at the hostel. Thanks to our partnerships with various local businesses, we were able to offer discounted rates to groups of ten or more people, making these excursions a win-win for all parties involved. Sharing details about these excursions on social media not only got existing guests excited about future activities, but also served as advertisements for the hostel.

Island Time

This video documents my journey working at a vacation rental on the stunning Big Island of Hawaii. The purpose of this video is to inspire others to pursue their travel dreams and provide them with ideas for affordable travel options. The video is now featured on the largest work-trade website, Worldpackers.

Montana Conservation Corps

10,000 mile internship

I spent a summer internship with the Montana Conservation Corps traveling across the state of Montana while working with ranchers on a soil carbon sequestration project. Alongside three other interns, I documented our journey and used the footage to create a video that I presented to project supporters and potential investors at the end of the internship. This video showcases my passion for storytelling even before it became my career.
